Hi, I'm Jesse — a Texas-born Eagle Scout thriving in the natural beauty of Washington State. My passion for programming began years ago, driven by a relentless curiosity to learn and create. In 2022, I turned this passion into a career path by attending the Coding Dojo Web Development Bootcamp, transforming my side work into a full-time pursuit.

I am passionate about coding because it enables me to leverage technology to create innovative web technologies and products that have a positive impact on society. My mission is to harness the power of technology to drive meaningful impact and create value for users and businesses alike.

Tesla GClone

This is a serverless application developed using TypeScript and NodeJS. The front-end is powered by ReactJS and enhanced with technologies like TailwindCSS, PostCSS, styled components, as well as other component libraries. User data, product details, and in-progress cart information are efficiently managed and stored using a multi-slice Redux state container. The application ensures seamless authentication and securely stores user data in the cloud through Firebase services. Additionally, Webpack and Babel are utilized to optimize the application's performance and enable modern JavaScript features.

Personal Portfolio

Personal Portfolio

This Portfolio is an innovative NextJS serverless application developed with TypeScript and NodeJS. It features a visually appealing front-end that utilizes ReactJS, CSS modules, styled components, and other component libraries for design. Personal data is stored and maintained in separate collections on a MongoDB Atlas cluster. The Application implements Server-side rendering and serverless RESTApi function to request and paginate resource assets. The Cypress testing framework is used for component and E2E testing and docker containers are used for production environment testing. The application is deployed to Vercel via a GitHub repository with a CI/CD pipeline.
